KPIs, dashboards, audits and the digital tools that make the function measurable.
- Day 4Leadership, stakeholders and change
Leading people, budgets and change; engaging senior management and partners.
- Day 5Capstone project and presentation
Delegates complete and present a capstone project with instructor feedback.

How the training is delivered
Short expert briefings, hands-on workshops, real case studies, group exercises, quizzes and a personal action plan. Daily schedule 9:00–15:00 (classroom) or two live sessions a day online. Delegates receive a digital course handbook and templates.
Certificate
Delegates who complete the programme receive an Elevora Global Training certificate of completion stating course code, dates and 30 (5-day) or 60 (10-day) training hours, valid for CPD records.
